High standard of care

My mum has been a resident at St Andrew's for over 18 months. The standard of care delivered by the friendly, helpful and professional team has been very high.

Excellent support...

My Mother has had excellent support from all the staff at St Andrew's throughout her 18 months there. The nursing and care staff could not be better and allow us to be involved in steps and decisions that make my Mother’s life as comfortable as possible.

The priorities in this home are right, the residents come first is their stated mantra and this is clearly the way that it plays out. A recent health scare and hospitalisation for my Mum again was well managed by the nursing staff and there was a warm and genuine welcome for her when she returned. She still dearly wants to return to her own home but, until this is possible, St Andrew's provides the best possible alternative to keep her safe, well and cared for.

A happy vibe...

I have found the care home team to be fantastic it really has a happy vibe. Everyone is friendly, helpful and very supportive. I have been in many times and heard lots of laughter.
My dad's room has been kept very clean and the home itself doesn't smell stale or of food. My dad has been well cared for and his needs have been met. A massive thank you.

Gives me great peace of mind...

My mother has been a resident in St Andrews since August 2018 she is 101. All the staff I have met have been very friendly and treat the residents with warmth, care and respect. The home is clean and well maintained. The food is of very good quality. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my mum is being cared for in this home by such wonderful staff.
